  •   MS&Consulting Inc. is a research and consulting company with a mission to create a spiritually rich society. As a partner for
    business improvement in the service industry, we help our clients improve customer satisfaction and employee engagement with
    science, data and theory of customer contact.

      In the service industry, customer satisfaction is inseparably linked to employee satisfaction. Therefore, we provide services based
    on the service profit chain concept and aim to contribute to medium-term to long-term business development by linking measures to
    improve customer service, job satisfaction and profitability for our client companies.

  •   Our business foundation is an undercover research service (Mystery Shopping Research) for businesses operated for general
    consumers. We boast the industry's largest track record, with 234,000 annual undercover surveys conducted and a cumulative total of
    1.28 million employee satisfaction surveys. In addition to utilizing survey results, we developed a cloud service to support store
    management DX and on-site improvements (as of the end of February 2025).

      We are committed to the development of our client companies and the service industry through industry-academia-government
    collaboration, with our strength in organizational and workplace improvement consulting using big data, joint research with the National
    Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology (AIST) that has been ongoing since 2015, and various initiatives with the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry of Japan (METI) and
    other government agencies and industry associations.

The nearest exit is Exit A4 of Kodenmacho Station on the Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line.

Across from the front of the building you will see Seijo Ishii.
